Where to pre-register for your LGU’s COVID-19 vaccination program

Local government units (LGUs) in Metro Manila have started administering vaccines to high-priority groupsㅡmostly frontlinersㅡ in their areas. To ensure a smooth rollout of COVID-19 vaccines, they’ve also launched respective online registration platforms.

Most of these online registration forms will ask you for your personal information, medical history, ID number, and previous diagnosis for COVID-19, if any.

For QC residents to get on the waiting list for the vaccine, they will have to apply for the QCitizen ID, a unified ID that will eventually be used for multiple services and identification purposes.
