Upcoming Samsung Galaxy M phones rumored to pack 6,800mAh battery

That’s one huge battery!

Samsung’s upcoming budget-friendly device is looking to be quite the powerhouse. According to leaks, the Galaxy M41 will carry a huge 6,800mAh battery, the largest yet on a Galaxy smartphone.

Previously, reports said the M41 was going to be shelved due to display-related issues. However, a 3C certification listing confirms that plans of the phone will push through.

The whopping battery might also be meant for the M51, which looks to be another promising budget device. A battery of that capacity is usually found in big tablets.

A real-life image of the battery has also leaked through the Safety Korea website.

In terms of other specs, the next M phones will have Snapdragon 730 chipset, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, and a 6.5-inch pinhole display.

We might be seeing this phone launched soon with a price tag of around $250 (~P12,000).
