Xiaomi’s upcoming entry-level fitness tracker, the Mi Band 6, has been leaked online. And if the features reported prove true, this fitness band will be one of the most feature-packed in the market.
According to a well-known leaker of Mi Band wearables, the Mi Band 6 is expected to come with built-in GPS to provide accurate speed and distance for workouts. In addition, it will come with an SpO2 sensor and 19 new exercise modes, including HIIT, street dance, zumba, basketball, boxing, and more.
Another new feature reported is a Pomodoro Technique function for time management. With this timer, app notifications will be blocked during a certain time period. Once time is up, the band will vibrate to remind you to take a break.
The tracker is also said to sport a new UI with support for emojis and more watch faces. It’s also reported to have control for smart home devices through Mi Home, but it might depend on the user’s region. Leaks have likewise mentioned support for Amazon Alexa for controlling devices.
