2_Life_(gwatchr)_sLG Electronics Philippines announces availability of LG's newest Android wearable, the G Watch R. The LG G Watch R made its world debut at IFA 2014, where it captured the interests of tech media because of its stylish looks and smooth, speedy performance, making it the show’s most impressive new products of the show. The G Watch R was inspired by classical and premium timepieces. It is the world’s first classic watch-design wearable to feature a fully circular Plastic OLED (P-OLED) display. The 1.3-inch circular P-OLED display takes advantage of every pixel, producing images with stunning color and accurate viewing at all angles even under bright sunlight.

Wondering when will Microsoft join the smartwatch fun? They just did.  The PC giant just announced its first shot at the wearable trend—the Microsoft Band. And this one doesn't discriminate: it syncs with Windows phones and pairs with iPhone and Android devices, too. The Microsoft Band is a health-focused device designed to be worn 24 hours a day. The Band has 10 smart sensors for 24-hour heart monitoring, calorie burn measurement, advanced sleep quality tracking, and more. Guided workouts curated by Gold's Gym, Shape, Men's Fitness, and Muscle & Fitness are also among the features of the Microsoft Band.
