Samsung Galaxy Note 10, 10+ smartphones now official

Continuing its tradition of breaking barriers, Samsung introduces the brand new Galaxy Note 10 Series today. Intended for individuals who want to remain productive and creative even when on the go, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ smartphones bring a bevy of productivity tools and powerful specs, including professional-grade cameras, bigger storage and memory, fast charging capabilities, and an improved stylus.

Going big

Both the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ sport an edge-to-edge Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O display with HDR10+ and Dynamic Tone Mapping. The Note 10+, however, comes with a bigger 6.8-inch screen compared with the 6.3-inch one on the Note 10. The former also has a higher screen resolution at 3040 x 1440 pixels.

The two phones also go big in terms of memory and storage. The Galaxy Note 10 comes with a huge 8GB RAM and 256GB built-in storage. However, this handset doesn’t have the option for storage expansion as there is no microSD card slot. On the other hand, the Note 10+ boasts a massive 12GB RAM and 256GB built-in storage (there’s also a limited edition 512GB variant). The internal storage on the Galaxy Note 10+ can still be expanded up to 1TB via microSD.

Stylus with style

For the Galaxy Note 10, Samsung improved the unibody S Pen. The Bluetooth Low Energy-enabled stylus comes with various new features such as the Handwriting-to-Text function, which converts written notes to digital texts, and Air actions, which allows the S Pen to make gestures for quick controls.

Like a pro

Fueling creativity, the Galaxy Note 10 comes with a professional-grade camera system. The Galaxy Note 10 comes with 16MP + 12MP + 12MP triple rear shooter, while the Galaxy Note 10+ has a 16MP + 12MP + 12MP + ToF VGA quad-camera setup. Both smartphones have a 10-megapixel front shooter.

Features like the Live Focus video, Zoom-In Mic, Screen Recorder, AR Doodle, 3D Scanner, and Super Steady Stabilizer give you more ways to produce unique and quality videos and photos. The Video Editor now works seamlessly with the S Pen as well.

Expanded productivity

The Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ extend the Samsung DeX capabilities through a simple USB connection, making it easy for users to work between their Note device and a PC or Mac. In addition, the new Galaxy phones now integrate Link to Windows directly into the Quick Panel. Both phones are powered by a 7nm 64-bit octa-core Samsung Exynos 9825 processor.

Thanks to the Super Fast Charging feature, the new Note devices can continue running for the whole day with just 30 minutes of up to 45W wired charging time. The new Galaxy phones can also charge other Qi-enabled devices through the Wireless PowerShare function.
