Alongside the Narzo 30 series, realme also unveiled in India its latest TWS earbuds. The realme Buds Air 2 boasts active noise cancellation and a better battery life.
These earbuds sport a similar look to the brand’s Buds Air Pro, with a two-tone color splicing design. It’s also powered by the same custom R2 chip for better battery life and reduced latency compared to its predecessors.
The Buds Air 2 features 10mm drivers in each bud with diamond-like carbon coating. It delivers richer bass, clearer sound, and better frequency.
This new iteration also features Bass Boost+ mode, developed with EDM duo The Chainsmokers. In the realme Link app, users will also find two new presets: dynamic and bright.
New to this lineup is the active noise cancellation feature, which reduces noise up to 25dB and can filter low background noise. They also have environmental noise cancellation, which uses the dual mics for clearer calls.
These buds also come with an IPX5 rating, Smart Wear Detection, and touch controls. There’s also a Game Mode to reduce latency to 88ms.
As for battery life, the Buds Air 2 is said to offer five hours of playback on a single charge. And when put back in its charging case, the buds get 25 hours of use in total.
Available in Closer Black and Closer White, the realme Buds Air 2 is priced at INR 3,299 (~P2,200).
