realme Philippines has officially launched its first quad-camera smartphones, the realme 5 and realme 5 Pro.
“By bringing the realme 5 Pro and realme 5 to the Philippine market, we put an end to the notion that only flagship phones can have premium features,” realme Philippines Marketing Director Austine Huang said.
In addition, realme also celebrated its strong relations with key players in different industries like Home Credit and Qualcomm.
To further cement its position in mobile gaming, the company reinforced its partnership with Moonton, the developer of Mobile Legends. The brand announced its upcoming realme Mobile Legends Cup Season 2 finals on October 18 and 19 at SM SouthMall.
realme 5 Pro
Nicknamed the quad camera speed master, the 5 Pro packs power combined with a fresh, youthful aesthetic. It boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 AIE processor coupled with an Adreno 616 GPU. With these specs, it’s designed to provide the best operation, game, and entertaining experience to its users.
The device sports a 6.3-inch FHD+ screen with a dewdrop notch, a 4,035mAh battery with 20W VOOC 3.0 Flash Charge support, and a 48MP quad camera setup, a feature mostly found in higher-end devices. These cameras can capture high-quality images in different shooting modes like Nightscape and Chroma Boost.
The realme 5 Pro, available in Crystal Green and Sparkling Blue, are available in two variants: 4GB+128GB, which retails for P11,990, and a 8GB+128GB variant that sells for P13,990.
A follow-up to the popular realme 3, this new iteration sports a bigger screen, a bigger battery capacity, but the same low price.
This budget smartphone runs on a Snapdragon 655 processor and an Adreno 610 GPU. Its 6.5-inch HD+ display carries a small notch, giving users more screen real estate for their viewing pleasure.
The four rear cameras on this phone are capable of shooting clear, bright photos, ultra wide angle shots, and macro photos.
realme 5 is available in two colors (Crystal Blue and Crystal Green) and three variants: 3GB+32GB (P6,990), 4GB+64GB (P7,990), and 6GB+128GB (P9,990).
Offline pre-order for the 5 Pro runs from October 4 to 11, while the 5 is already available nationwide.
