To help enhance their vehicle force’s capabilities, riders from the Philippines Red Cross (PRC) underwent a two-day motorcycle safety training course at the Honda Safety Driving Center in January.
As part of its corporate social responsibility program, Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) taught the PRC riders road safety and awareness.
PRC Chairman & CEO, Sen. Richard Gordon thanked HPI and assured that this partnership will thrive to meet the singular goal to help the people. “We thank Honda for their initiative to help PRC and our fleet. With their help, we will lead our vehicle force safely without slowing down to help the most vulnerable,” he said.
In May last year, HPI donated 104 units of Honda motorcycles to PRC. HPI aims to help the humanitarian organization to have a lineup that can help during its rescue operations and emergency situations.
