MyKuya will shop for goods from Ortigas Malls for you

Although some malls have begun opening with the shift to modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ), going to malls isn’t as safe or convenient yet. To provide patrons with alternative ways to shop for daily needs, Ortigas Malls has partnered with on-demand services app MyKuya to provide personal shopping services.

With MyKuya, you can easily shop groceries, medicines, food, and other essentials from Greenhills, Tiendesitas, and Estancia without leaving your home. Once you click on your chosen mall, the app will match you with a “Kuya” or “Ate” who can do your shopping, order food from operating restaurants, or even run a few errands for you. The app will let you track your orders in real-time.

You can avail of the service daily as long as you book within the limitations of your city’s imposed curfew.

These are different ways to pay for transactions:

  • Transactions up to P1,000 can be covered by your Kuya/Ate first. You can pay them back when the items are delivered to your home.
  • For transactions above P1,000, you can send shopping money via GCash to your Kuya/Ate or have them pick up the payment from you before buying or picking up your items from the mall.
  • You can also use your MyKoin credits on MyKuya and/or your in-app preferred payment method using your credit/debit card.
