Luxe-looking MG ZS enters the Compact SUV Market

Oh, the smell of pure leather! That is usually reserved for high-end and obviously expensive vehicles, but not anymore.

British car manufacturer Morris Garages has launched its entry into the compact SUV market that has the basic comforts of a luxury car but surprisingly comes with a moderate price tag.

The new MG ZS signals the beginning of a new era for the company after nearly 100 years of design and engineering sports cars, saloons, race cars, and supercars.

Up front, it features a larger grill with chrome accents, wraparound headlights with 23 LED daytime running lights, and a chiseled body that comes in red, blue, or white.

Under the hood sits a 1.5 DOHC VTI-tech engine that boasts an efficient 5.9L/100km fuel consumption.

Inside, two-tone leather covers the seats and other trimmings, a carbon fiber surrounds the 8-inch touchscreen control panel with standard Apple Carplay, a panoramic sunroof that runs front to back, and more trunk space thanks to the split-level floor feature that allows for extra storage.

The MG ZS is a true value for money at P1,127,777, with a guaranteed seven-year warranty—a proof of confidence that this car is as good as they say it is.

To see the new MG ZS up close, visit any of the Morris Garages showrooms in EDSA-Greenhills, Makati-Pasong Tamo, and SM City Seaside Cebu.
