JBL’s got a new headphones made especially for gamers. First unveiled during CES 2020, the JBL Quantum Series delivers immersive audio quality with pinpoint accuracy for gaming.
The Quantum range consists of the seven headsets including the Quantum 100, Quantum 200, Quantum 300, Quantum 400, Quantum 600, Quantum 800, and the flagship Quantum ONE. These headphones are equipped with QuantumSURROUND sound technology powered by the QuantumENGINE PC software. With the headphones on, users can experience the thrill of tracking enemies in FPS games and engaging in epic MOBA battles.
In particular, the Quantum ONE takes sound to the next level, built exclusively with QuantumSPHERE 360 technology. This feature uses proprietary algorithms and integrated head tracking sensors, so competitive gamers can hear enemies and movements around them like never before.
All headsets have multi-platform capabilities for seamless connection to PC, Mac, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, mobile, and VR. The range also uses either flip-up or detachable boom microphones with echo-canceling technology. This enables users to focus on voice rather than background noises to ensure crystal clear communication.
Furthermore, the headphones come equipped with PU leather-wrapped memory foam ear cushions. Meanwhile, the more high-end models have premium leather-wrapped memory phone.
Complementing JBL’s gaming headset lineup is the Quantum DUO speaker. This speaker pairs JBL’s proprietary sound with Dolby Digital to immerse the user deeper into the action. Players can easily pinpoint incoming fire, hear enemies creeping up from behind or feel the roar of explosive action with the device. Moreover, the Quantum DUO has unique lighting effects to supercharge the gaming rig.
The flagship product, the JBL Quantum One Headphones, will be available in the Philippines on May 2020 at P13,799. No word yet on the pricing of the other models in the JBL Quantum range.
