Huawei Watch GT 3 series is powered by HarmonyOS 2, up to 14 days of battery life

Apart from the Matebook 14s and nova 9, Huawei has unveiled a pair of new premium smartwatches—the Huawei Watch GT 3 series—during its APAC Autumn Launch Event on October 28.

A slightly boosted iteration of the Huawei Watch 3, the GT 3 comes in two sizes: 42mm and 46mm. It runs on the more recent version of Huawei’s watch OS, HarmonyOS 2, which is powered by a Li-Ion battery that can last for up to 14 days until the next charge.

The Watch GT 3 series features an AI Running Coach and 100+ workout modes to digitize and supervise the intensity and duration you want to achieve. The upgraded five satellite and dual-band GNSS accurately pin your position when you are jogging across the city.

Equipped with the new generation heart rate monitoring technology Truseen 5.0+, the fitness tracker provides all-day heart rate monitoring, SpO2 monitoring, and skin temperature detection to help you monitor your health condition throughout the day.

HarmonyOS 2, meanwhile, allows users to pair the wearable to their mobile device to answer or reject calls right from their wrist. The OS also supports third-party apps installed from the Huawei AppGallery, as well as connect to Huawei Assistant for quick access to weather reports, sports modes, and more.

With stainless steel material and a rotating crown, the GT 3’s premium ID design is compatible with formal business occasions, exercises, or even urban adventures.

While Huawei has yet to announce the GT 3 series’ price and availability in the Philippines, the premium watches will be going on sale with a starting price of £209.99 (~P14,500) in the UK and Europe on November 11.
