Upon entering the mall’s premises, mall-goers gets their temperature checked by state-of-the-art thermal scanners. Reminders and guides for social distancing are also visible all throughout the mall’s premises; they are strictly followed for everyone’s safety. The mall also strictly implements a “No mask, no entry” policy.
To stay safe and clean, SM MOA carefully sanitizes the building before opening and after closing. They also sanitize several times within the day. The mall also offers alcohol and sanitizers to all customers upon entering, and in all restrooms.
With these stringent safety guidelines in place, Mall of Asia takes its customer service a step further. It launched a slew of customer service solutions that allow you to order and shop from restaurants and shops in MOA from the comforts of your homes.
