Get the VIP treatment with OPPO Service app
After rolling out its international warranty service and 1-hour flash fix program, OPPO announced the availability of its OPPO Service app.
By booking a repair appointment on the app, customers get priority passes when they bring their units to the service center, as there is a dedicated priority VIP lane. Once a unit is booked for repairs, every step of the process is recorded on the app so that users can check on their unit’s status.
OPPO customers can also check their unit’s warranty status by simply inputting a verification code and their phone’s IMEI number. If their units are already out of warranty, a View Spare Parts Price feature gives them an idea of how much they might have to shell out.
The app provides a list of OPPO service centers and allows customers to self-diagnose their phone. Real-time chat with an OPPO Service representative is also possible within the app.
