realme is set to unveil globally its latest flagship device, called the realme GT, on March 4. The young tech brand will also show off this premium phone at the Mobile World Congress in Shanghai this week.
And with the flagship’s launch right around the corner, leaks have been rampant online about what we’ll see from this device. Here’s what we know about the device so far.
The realme GT will be a 5G phone that’s reportedly going to carry a Snapdragon 888 chipset like other premium handsets. It seems to have most of the Android flagship staples, too, like an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0, and 65W fast charging.
Based on a teaser posted online, it looks like the phone will have a 3.5mm audio jack, which is something other brands have ditched. There’s also no fingerprint scanner on the back.
With all these flagship-grade features, will realme also be giving the GT a premium price? Or will it be more affordable compared to phones in its segment? Stay tuned to March 4 for the phone’s launch.
