Savor new culinary creations at Eastwood Café+Bar

Ever since the Eastwood Café+Bar (EC+B) opened at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel last year, the restobar has been serving straightforward yet elegant dishes. And with Executive Chef Victor Barangan at the helm, expect the kitchen to serve up more unique new dishes bursting with novel flavors from the EC+B’s reinvented menu selections.

Reinventions and Richmonde’s best

The new menu debuts a number of original and must-try items that showcase the best of Filipino ingredients as well as global flavors. The new dishes aren’t just delicious, they’re healthy to boot, too.

For vegans, there’s the Red Cabbage Chicharon, an ingenious and nutritious alternative to the usual cracklings. Another healthy option is the Adlai Bisque, a gluten-free rice substitute seasoned with shrimp bits, vegetables, and cream. Those who want a unique and flavorful salad should try the Dapithapon, a dish made of carrot hummus, black quinoa, and roasted vegetables.

While most restaurants use imported sea bass, Chef Vic uses local ones. Known as a house specialty, the Baked Bass comes served whole with torched Choron sauce. On the other hand, meat lovers can opt for the Lamb Coronade, a stew if slow-cooked lamb shanks, onion soubise, and beer sauce.

Popular dishes like Baked Oysters and Cevichow get delectable twists bringing new flavors. Other international dishes also got yummy upgrades.

Quorn Vegan Burger

The newest additions to EC+B’s menu features tasty meat-free and vegan selections. Using Quorn products made of Mycoprotein, Chef Vic created guilt-free versions of nuggets, sausage pizza, burgers, and banger & mash.

Discounts and more

Together with the revamped menu, Eastwood Café+Bar rolls out a slew of dining deals this month.

From now until October 31, 2019, get 20% off across all items in the a la carte menu. The Delicious Discount is available daily, from morning until night.

On weekends, guests can avail of the Kids Eat Free discount. For a minimum food and beverage spend of at least P1,000, accompanying children aged 12 years old and below can avail of a complimentary dish from the menu’s Kids at Heart selections.

Join the Meatless Mondays movements with Quorn. When you eat meat-free, you get a free vegan soup and wholesome drink with every order from the Healthy Options menu. This is available all Mondays until November 25, 2019.
