Ahead of CES 2021, Dell has taken the wraps off its newest line of monitors under its UltraSharp series as well as other displays designed for video conferencing and more.
The biggest of the releases is the UltraSharp 40 Curved WUHD Monitor, the world’s first 40-inch ultrawide curved monitor with 5K resolution. This flagship monitor boasts 100%sRGB, 98% DCI-P3, and ComfortView Plus.
It hosts a wide variety of ports including DisplayPort 1.4, two HDMI 2.0, Thunderbolt 3, USB Type-B upstream port, USB-C, USB-A, 3.5mm audio jack, and an RJ45 port. There are also two 9W speakers and an adjustable stand with VESA mount support on this display.
Also launched was a smaller 38-inch version of the curved monitor, with a lower resolution of 3840 x 1600 pixels, and 24- and 27-inch variants.
Video conferencing monitors
Dell has also launched the Curved Video Conferencing Monitor, which has been certified for Microsoft Teams. These monitors, which come in three sizes, are equipped with a 5MP IR camera that pops up from the top. In the mechanism, you’ll also find the dual 5W integrated speakers and the noise-canceling mic.
Interactive Touch Monitors
Keeping collaboration in mind, Dell has launched new large-screen interactive touch monitors. Available in 65- and 55-inch sizes, these interactive monitors come with 4K resolution and multiple touch support. They allow multiple users to simultaneously draw and write in real time.
Besides the new monitors, Dell also unveiled new Latitude laptops.
