D-Link COVR-C1203

The D-Link Covr-C1203 is a Dual Band home Wi-Fi system that aims to bring strong Wi-Fi connection to every corner of your modern home–no more dead spots or weak signals.

Design

Out of the box, the D-Link Covr-C1203 comes with three high-performance Covr points or nodes. These nodes can be placed anywhere in your home, whether its a room where the Wi-Fi signal is weak or a corner considered a dead spot in your home.

Each node comes equipped with high-speed AC1200 dual-band Wi-Fi as well as two on-board Gigabit Ethernet ports (per unit) for wired connectivity. These wireless routers need only to be connected once to the main router and it’s already plug-and-play from then on; simply plug a node to a power source and you can now easily connect your devices to it.

The Covr-C1203 is also a stylish addition to your contemporary space. The nodes flaunts a white-colored teardrop shape body; each has a removable cover, which is available in white, gold, bronze, or blue colors.

Features

The D-Link Covr-C1203 boasts features like Smart Steering and Smart Roaming. The Smart Steering function automatically directs your devices to the optimal wireless band, ensuring that whenever you are in your house you get a strong Wi-Fi connection. Meanwhile, the Smart Roaming seamlessly connects you to the strongest signal as you move from room to room.

In terms of performance, the dual-band wireless AC Wave II boasts up to 1200Mbps. There routers also has Wi-Fi MU-MIMO technology, promising powerful, fast, and highly efficient Wi-Fi network.

Management

Setting up the D-Link Covr-C1203 requires the D-Link mobile app, your main home Wi-Fi router, as well as the three Covr points. D-Link promises an effortless plug-and-play setup through its intuitive setup wizard, which guides you through the whole configuration process.
