Bahamut Gaming to carry PH banner at Lenovo’s LoC IV

They beat out 47 other teams in the PUBG Philippine qualifying rounds.

After a day of exciting and intense PUBG (Player Unknown’s Battleground) action, Bahamut Gaming emerged victorious at the Lenovo Legion of Champions (LoC) Philippine qualifying tournament.

With this achievement, they won the right to represent the country in the upcoming LoC IV in Bangkok, Thailand, happening on December 12-15 at the Pantip Pratunam Mall.

The Bahamut Gaming team consists of Mark Myles “Shrykos” Chin, Mark Gerald “Ryujin” Licanto, Brandenn “BMG_Rui” Buenviaje, and Larry “ShinRyuji” Yoro. They bested 47 other teams during the Philippine LoC qualifying tournament.

The team also won a cash prize of $1,000.

Now in its fourth series, LoC features two crowd-favorite games in its fold: PUBG and CS:GO.

Local champions and grand finalists will be competing for a total combined prize pool of $89,100 (approximately P4.51 million). At the end of the tournament, the team winning the PUBG tournament will walk way with $4,000 cash and $10,000 worth of Legion devices. On the other hand, the CS:GO winners will take home $5,000 cash and $12,500 worth of Legion devices.
