Apple’s iPhone 12 is debuting on October 13

Mark your calendars!

Apple has set its next event for October 13, where it’s expected to debut the newest iPhone 12 line.

The invite for the event comes with a cryptic tagline, “Hi, Speed.” This could be a nod to the new iPhone’s 5G connectivity and A14 processor. And like the tech giant’s previous events this year, the launch will happen live—virtually—from Apple Park.

Rumors and leaks about the new phones say that it will feature a new design similar to the iPad Pro and will come in four models, including a 5.4-inch size and 6.7-inch size.

The event could also debut Apple’s over-ear headphones, AirTag item trackers, a new Apple TV and Siri Remote, and details about the Apple Silicon transition for the Mac.

This year’s iPhone saw delays from its usually September launch due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Last month, however, it did unveil the Apple Watch Series 6 and Apple Watch SE as well as new-generation iPads.

Catch the online launch at apple.com on October 13, 10AM PDT (October 14, 1AM in the Philippines).
