Want all the luxuries of premium phones without breaking your bank? These latest midrange smartphones have more than enough power for both work and play for a price that’s easier on your wallet. (They even look cooler than most flagship devices in the market)

Vivo V19 Neo

Priced at P17,999, the Vivo V19 Neo packs a Snapdragon 675 processor mated with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. But the highlight of this device is its Super AMOLED screen that provides you with a vibrant, flagship-quality display. Meanwhile, its Super Night mode means its front and rear cameras can take stunning shots even in dark environments.

Equipped with a 4,500mAh battery with dual-engine fast charging, the V19 Neo stays juiced all day long and recharges in a flash.

OPPO Reno4

Made with creatives in mind, OPPO’s latest photography-centric phone takes on a trendier look, veering away from its predecessor’s aesthetic. The Reno4, priced at P18,990, sports a stunning frosted plastic back in Space Black or Galactic Blue colorways. Its triple camera setup is reminiscent of other flagship phone’s camera bump.

The cameras are just as impressive as the previous models. It comes with different photography and videography features like AI color portrait, monochrome video, 960fps AI slow motion, and Ultra Steady Video 3.0. This phone is also equipped with Smart AirControl for handsfree control over functions like taking calls or scrolling through social media.

OnePlus Nord

Equipped with OnePlus’ trademark features, the OnePlus Nord has been nicknamed a true flagship killer. For a less lavish price tag, the Nord comes with a 90Hz display, quad rear cameras, 5G support, dual front cameras, and Warp Charge 30T fast charging.

Like its tagline says, the Nord is “pretty much everything you could ask for.” It’s almost as good as the OnePlus 8, save for its less-premium Snapdragon 765G chipset and smaller 4,115mAh battery. The best part: you don’t have to fork over excess cash for a similar experience and performance. It will be available in the Philippines soon.

Huawei nova 7 5G

The Huaewi nova 7 5G, priced at P23,990, is a standout when it comes to looks. Its Midsummer Purple colorway is sure to catch eyes wherever you go. Aside from looks, other aspects of the phone hold their own, too. This phone packs a 5G-ready Kirin 985 chipset and a 4,000mAh battery with support for 40W SuperCharge.

Its 6.53-inch OLED display delivers a bright and vibrant picture. Meanwhile around back, the quad camera setup, led by a 64MP main camera, shoots high-quality, crisp shots.

realme X3 SuperZoom

For P24,990, the realme x3 SuperZoom goes above and beyond when it comes to specs. Technically, it’s part of realme’s flagship line but its price is more affordable than others in the market. On paper, this phone is impressive: Snapdragon 855+, 120Hz display, 4,500mAh battery capacity, and 30W Dart Flash Charge.

In addition, it boasts a 64MP quad rear camera with a Starry Mode feature for night photography.
